These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eveneon LLC, doing business as Tippium. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Eveneon LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (registration number 2024-001184633), with its registered address at 1712 Pioneer Ave, Suite 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA, doing business as Tippium (“Tippium”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the website tippium.com, its progressive web application, notifications, Telegram bots and channels, APIs and every related service (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account, ticking an acceptance box, purchasing any product or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not register for, access or use the Platform. Tippium keeps an electronic record of your acceptance (date, time, version of the Terms, IP address and device identifier), which may be used as evidence of the agreement.

Where you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

2. Definitions

  • Account: the personal, non-transferable user profile created to access the Platform, in any role.
  • Tipster: a User who publishes Picks on the Platform, whether free or behind a paid subscription.
  • Subscriber: a User who purchases access to the Premium Content of a Tipster.
  • Pick: a sports prediction published on the Platform, consisting of one or more selections, the odds recorded by the Platform and a stake expressed in units.
  • Track Record: the complete, chronological history of a Tipster’s Picks, their settlement and every statistic derived from them (including units won or lost, yield, hit rate, odds, volume and rankings).
  • Premium Content: Picks and any other content that is only available to Users holding a valid paid subscription or access period.
  • Access Period: the period during which a Subscriber is entitled to Premium Content, starting at the moment the payment is confirmed and access is activated.
  • Seller of Record: the entity identified on the checkout screen as the seller of a card payment, which processes the payment through Stripe, Inc.
  • Paid Products: subscriptions, one-off access, account restarts, profile promotions and any other product sold on or through the Platform.
  • Unit: the standard stake measure used by the Platform to record and compare performance. Amounts in euros shown next to units are hypothetical illustrations based on the unit size selected by the visitor; they are not money held, won or owed by anyone.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must, and by using it you represent and warrant that you:

  • are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  • have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • reside in, and access the Platform from, a jurisdiction where receiving sports-prediction content and paying for it is lawful;
  • are not subject to economic sanctions, export restrictions or any list of prohibited or restricted parties of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United Nations;
  • are not registered in any gambling self-exclusion scheme, and have not been previously banned from the Platform;
  • do not hold, and will not use, inside information about any sporting event (including as an athlete, coach, referee, club official or anyone able to influence an event).

Tippium may request proof of age, identity, address or eligibility at any time, and may refuse, suspend or close any Account that does not meet these requirements. Paid Products purchased by an ineligible person are not refunded where the ineligibility was concealed or misrepresented.

4. Nature of the Service and Intermediary Role

Tippium is a technology intermediary. It provides a platform where independent Tipsters publish Picks that are recorded before the relevant event starts and settled when it ends, and where Users can compare Track Records and buy access to Premium Content.

Tippium is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, casino or gambling operator. It does not accept, place, broker, hold or settle bets or wagers of any kind, does not hold Users’ money for betting purposes and does not offer odds of its own. Any bet you place is placed by you, with a third-party operator of your choice, under that operator’s terms and at your sole risk.

Tippium does not provide financial, investment, betting or professional advice. Picks are the opinions of the Tipsters who publish them. Tippium does not author, verify, endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, profitability or suitability of any Pick, and is not a party to any arrangement between a Tipster and a Subscriber other than providing the Platform services described in these Terms.

Tippium may change, add, suspend or discontinue any feature, sport, market, payment method or part of the Platform at any time. This does not give rise to any refund or compensation, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Accounts and Identity

5.1 Registration and accuracy

You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information when registering and keep it updated. You may not register using a false identity, another person’s data, a disposable identity or an automated process.

5.2 One person, one Account

Each natural person may hold one Account only. Creating, controlling, buying, renting or coordinating multiple Accounts, directly or through third parties, is strictly prohibited. Tippium may link Accounts that share identity data, payment methods, IP addresses, device identifiers, behavior patterns or other signals, and treat them as a single Account for enforcement purposes.

5.3 Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every action carried out through your Account. You must notify support@tippium.com immediately of any unauthorized use. Activity performed with your credentials is presumed to be yours unless you prove that it resulted from a security breach not attributable to you.

5.4 Identity verification

Tippium may require an identity document and proof of address before allowing withdrawals, granting a verification badge or lifting a restriction, and at any time it reasonably suspects fraud, multi-accounting or a breach of these Terms. Submitting forged, altered or third-party documents is a serious breach that results in a permanent ban under Section 8.

5.5 No transfer

Accounts, usernames, Track Records, followers and subscriptions are personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented, licensed or shared with anyone.

6. Integrity of Track Records

The value of the Platform depends on Track Records being complete and impossible to embellish. You therefore accept the following rules, which are an essential condition of this agreement.

6.1 How Picks are recorded

  • Each Pick is time-stamped by Tippium’s servers at the moment of publication. Only events that have not yet started can be selected.
  • Odds are recorded by the Platform from market data at publication; they are not typed in by the Tipster.
  • Results are settled by the Platform from official or market result sources, not by the Tipster.
  • Every Pick, win or lose, stays in the Track Record and counts in every statistic. Losing Picks cannot be hidden.

6.2 The only permitted changes

A Tipster may edit or delete their own Pick only while it is active, has no result and none of its events has started. Every edit or deletion is recorded with its date and time and is announced to the Tipster’s Subscribers as if it were a new Pick. A deleted Pick is kept internally as an audit record. From the moment the first event of a Pick starts, the Pick is permanently locked and can no longer be edited, deleted, backdated, re-staked or re-priced by anyone, including the Tipster.

6.3 Track Records cannot be modified

No User, Tipster or Subscriber may modify, or attempt to modify, any Track Record, Pick, result, statistic, ranking, timestamp or other data of the Platform, other than through the permitted actions in Section 6.2 and the account restart in Section 6.4. Tippium does not edit, delete or improve Picks or results at the request of any Tipster, does not sell or grant changes to Track Records, and will reject any such request.

Tippium may only correct objective settlement errors (for example, an incorrect result feed, or an event that was cancelled, postponed or abandoned) by applying its settlement rules uniformly. Such corrections are never made to improve a particular Tipster’s performance.

6.4 Account restart

A Tipster may buy an account restart. After express confirmation, a restart permanently and irreversibly deletes all of the Tipster’s Picks, selections and statistics, including Picks still pending, and the profile starts again from zero. Identity, followers, active subscriptions and financial records are kept. Deleted data cannot be recovered or restored, and a restart is not a refund or compensation for any subscription previously sold. Restarting does not erase any breach of these Terms or any related enforcement measure.

6.5 Settlement rules

Picks are settled according to the rules published on the Platform. Selections on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window or abandoned may be settled as void. Statistics are calculated automatically and uniformly for all profiles. Tippium’s settlement decisions, applied in good faith under these rules, are final for the purpose of the Track Record.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must not attempt to, directly or through third parties:

  • alter, falsify, delete, hide, backdate, re-order or otherwise manipulate any Pick, result, odds, stake, timestamp, statistic, ranking or Track Record, or any other data stored by the Platform;
  • tamper with requests, responses, APIs, cookies, tokens, client code or network traffic; exploit bugs, race conditions, time differences or delayed data feeds; or access data or functions you are not authorized to use;
  • publish Picks on events that have already started, use information that was not public at the time of publication, or take advantage of late or incorrect odds or results;
  • use multiple Accounts, including to publish opposing or complementary Picks and promote only the winning profile, to inflate followers or subscribers, or to evade a restriction or ban;
  • buy subscriptions to your own profile, or arrange fake, circular or coordinated purchases, reviews, follows or traffic;
  • copy, share, forward, publish, resell or otherwise make Premium Content available to anyone who has not paid for it, including through groups, channels, websites or screenshots;
  • misrepresent your Track Record, results or Tippium verification on or outside the Platform, or promise guaranteed profits;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest or extract data from the Platform by automated means without Tippium’s prior written consent, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of it;
  • introduce malware, overload, attack or probe the Platform, its infrastructure or its payment flows, or bypass any security, access-control or payment measure;
  • submit forged documents, use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or file chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
  • promote match-fixing, the use of inside information, money laundering or any illegal activity;
  • harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person, Tipster, Tippium or its staff;
  • use the Platform in breach of any applicable law, or help or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.

8. Monitoring, Detection and Permanent Ban

8.1 Monitoring

To protect the integrity of Track Records and payments, Tippium keeps server-side audit records of Picks, edits, deletions, settlements, payments, sign-ins and security-relevant activity, including dates and times, IP addresses, a first-party device identifier, browser and device data, and applies automated and manual controls designed to detect manipulation, multi-accounting and fraud. These records are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.2 Permanent ban

Any attempt to modify or manipulate data or Track Records, any breach of Section 6 or 7, and any fraud will result in the immediate and permanent ban of the Account. The ban may extend to every linked Account and to the IP addresses, IP ranges, device identifiers, email addresses, payment methods, Telegram accounts and any other identifier used for or associated with the conduct. A banned person may not create or use any other Account; any Account opened to evade a ban will be closed on detection, without notice or refund.

Tippium may also, as appropriate and proportionate: remove or void the affected Picks; freeze the profile and display that it has been closed for breach of these Terms; cancel active subscriptions; withhold, cancel or reverse earnings that derive from or are linked to the breach; and recover from the person responsible the losses, costs of investigation and legal fees caused by the breach.

8.3 Interim measures

While an investigation is ongoing, Tippium may suspend an Account, sign it out of all sessions, block publications, payments or withdrawals, and request information or documents. Failure to cooperate within the deadline indicated may itself lead to a permanent ban.

8.4 Statement of reasons and appeal

Unless legal, security or investigative reasons prevent it, Tippium will inform you of the measure taken and its main reasons. You may submit a reasoned complaint to legal@tippium.com within six (6) months of the decision; it will be reviewed by a person and answered in a reasonable time. Where applicable, you may also use any out-of-court dispute settlement body or remedy available under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

8.5 Evidence and authorities

Tippium may preserve all records related to a breach and share them, to the extent permitted by law, with payment processors, banks, the Seller of Record, sports integrity bodies, law enforcement and courts. A ban for breach of these Terms never gives rise to a refund of Paid Products or any compensation.

9. Paid Products and Payments

9.1 Card payments

Card payments are processed by the Seller of Record identified on the checkout screen through Stripe, Inc. By paying, you also accept the Seller of Record’s and Stripe’s terms. Tippium never receives or stores your full card details.

9.2 Card subscriptions and renewal

Card subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date. A renewal that has been charged starts a new Access Period and is subject to Section 10.

9.3 Cryptocurrency payments

Where available, cryptocurrency payments are processed by Tippium. Access bought with cryptocurrency lasts for a fixed period shown before payment and never renews automatically. Each order has a unique amount, valid for a limited time, that links the transaction to the order: you must send exactly that amount, of the indicated asset, on the indicated network, to the indicated address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Tippium is not liable for funds sent with a different amount, asset or network, to a different address, after the order has expired, or with insufficient network fees; any such case is reviewed manually at Tippium’s discretion and may not result in access. Network fees and exchange-rate variations are borne by you.

9.4 One-off products

Account restarts are performed once the payment is confirmed. Profile promotions start on payment confirmation, or at the end of a promotion already in progress, and run for the purchased period. The position, visibility or results obtained from a promotion are not guaranteed.

9.5 Prices and taxes

Tipsters set the price of their subscriptions within the limits allowed by the Platform. Prices are shown before payment, in the currency indicated, and may change at any time; a change applies from the next billing period. You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges and currency-conversion fees that apply to you.

10. No Refunds

10.1 General rule

Paid Products give immediate access to digital content and services. Once a payment has been confirmed and access has been activated, the amount paid is fully earned and no refund, in whole or in part, will be issued. This applies, among other cases, to:

  • cancellation during an Access Period, unused time or change of mind;
  • the results, losses, hit rate, number or frequency of Picks of any Tipster during your Access Period, including periods with few or no Picks;
  • dissatisfaction with the content, or not having used, read or followed it;
  • forgetting to cancel before an automatic renewal;
  • delays or failures in the delivery of email, push or Telegram notifications, when the Premium Content was available on the Platform;
  • edits or deletions of Picks made within the rules of Section 6.2;
  • the suspension or closure of your Account for a breach of these Terms;
  • account restarts and profile promotions once performed or started.

10.2 Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction granting a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you acknowledge that, before paying, you expressly requested immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent national provisions (including Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). No order can be created without this consent, and the order record is kept as evidence of it.

10.3 Exceptions

A refund will only be considered where (a) you were charged twice for the same Access Period; (b) a technical failure attributable to Tippium prevented access from being activated at all, as shown by the Platform’s records; or (c) a refund is required by mandatory law that cannot be excluded by contract. Requests must be sent to support@tippium.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Any approved refund is made only to the original payment method, and ends the related access.

10.4 Chargebacks and payment disputes

You agree to contact support before disputing any charge with your bank or card issuer. Tippium and the Seller of Record will contest unjustified disputes and may submit to the payment processor and the bank the evidence of the contract and of the service provided, including your acceptance of these Terms and of the waiver, account access records with IP addresses and device identifiers, the Premium Content made available during the Access Period and the notifications delivered to you. Filing a chargeback in bad faith is a breach of these Terms: the related access is cancelled and the Account may be permanently banned under Section 8, and Tippium may claim the amount owed together with the fees and costs incurred.

11. Additional Terms for Tipsters

11.1 Independent status

Tipsters act on their own behalf as independent providers of their content. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship with Tippium. Tipsters are solely responsible for their Picks and for complying with any laws that apply to them, including tax, consumer, advertising and gambling-promotion rules.

11.2 Content standards

Picks and profile content must be the Tipster’s own, honest and lawful. Tipsters must not guarantee results, misrepresent their Track Record or verification on or outside the Platform, or use inside information. Tippium may remove content and restrict profiles that do not meet these standards.

11.3 Earnings and withdrawals

For eligible subscriptions sold through the Platform, the Tipster is credited the percentage of the confirmed base price stated in the Tipster dashboard (currently 85%); Tippium retains the remainder as its platform fee, together with any payment surcharge. Withdrawals require completed identity verification and a valid payout destination, are reviewed manually, and are only paid when Tippium records the external transfer reference. Earnings related to refunded, disputed or charged-back payments, or to a breach of these Terms, are reversed or withheld. Tippium may set minimum amounts and review periods and may delay a payout while an investigation is ongoing.

11.4 Taxes

Tipsters are solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes on their earnings and for any information obligations that apply to them. Tippium may collect and report the information required by law.

12. Additional Terms for Subscribers

  • Premium Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your Access Period only. Any redistribution leads to a permanent ban without refund and may lead to legal action.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results. A Track Record, ranking or verification badge is not a promise of profit.
  • You decide alone whether, where and how much to bet. Only bet money you can afford to lose and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • Notifications by email, push or Telegram are an additional convenience and their delivery or timing is not guaranteed; Premium Content is always made available on the Platform.

13. Third Parties, Bookmakers and Affiliate Links

The Platform may contain links to bookmakers and other third-party websites. Some are affiliate links, marked as such, for which Tippium may receive a commission. Tippium does not control and is not responsible for any third party, its availability, licensing, offers, odds, payments or conduct. It is your responsibility to check that a third-party operator is licensed and lawful in your jurisdiction before using it. Your relationship with any third party is governed solely by its own terms.

14. Responsible Gambling

Betting involves a real risk of losing money and can be addictive. If gambling is causing you problems, stop and seek help, for example from Gambling Therapy (free and multilingual), the National Council on Problem Gambling or the equivalent service in your country. You may ask Tippium at any time to close your Account.

15. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its software, design, databases, statistics, rankings, texts, logos and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Eveneon LLC and are protected by intellectual-property and database laws. No right is granted to you except the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

Tipsters keep ownership of their content and grant Tippium a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute, translate, analyze and promote it, and to keep it in the Track Record and its statistics for as long as these Terms allow, including after the Tipster stops using the Platform. Any other content or feedback you submit grants Tippium the same licence.

16. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TIPPIUM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT DATA FEEDS, ODDS OR RESULTS FROM THIRD PARTIES ARE ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY PICK WILL WIN. ALL BETTING DECISIONS ARE TAKEN AT YOUR OWN RISK.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIPPIUM, EVENEON LLC AND THEIR MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BETTING OR GAMBLING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM, ANY PICK, ANY TIPSTER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY. TIPPIUM’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE PAID PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT CAUSED IT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, nor any statutory right of consumers that cannot be waived.

18. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Tippium, Eveneon LLC and their members, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, penalty, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or the law, your content or Picks, your betting decisions, your dealings with any third party, or any infringement of third-party rights by you or through your Account.

19. Termination

You may ask Tippium to close your Account at any time by writing to support@tippium.com. Closing your Account does not entitle you to a refund. Tippium may suspend or close any Account, with immediate effect, for a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, a legal or regulatory requirement, or a risk to other Users or to the Platform, and in any other case with reasonable notice. Published Picks remain part of the public Track Record to the extent permitted by the Privacy Policy. Sections 6, 8, 10, 15 to 18 and 21 to 23 survive termination.

20. Privacy and Records

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You agree that the electronic records kept by Tippium (including acceptance records, access logs, order and payment records and audit records) may be used as evidence of the agreement, of the service provided and of any breach, without prejudice to your right to challenge them.

21. Dispute Resolution

21.1 Informal resolution

Before starting any proceeding, you agree to write to legal@tippium.com describing your claim and to try to resolve it in good faith for at least thirty (30) days.

21.2 Arbitration and class-action waiver

Except as stated in Section 21.3, any unresolved dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, seated in Cheyenne, Wyoming, which may be conducted by videoconference. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not in any class, collective or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or the integrity of the Platform, in any competent court.

21.3 Consumers in the EU, the UK and Switzerland

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Section 21.2 does not apply to you: you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, and Tippium may only sue you there. You may also refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body competent in your country.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and, subject to Section 21, the state and federal courts of Laramie County, Wyoming, have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

23. General Provisions

  • Changes. Tippium may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the Platform at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect, unless they are required by law or to address fraud or security risks. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date means you accept the new Terms; if you do not accept them, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account. Paid Access Periods already started continue under the Terms in force when they were purchased.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English, which is the binding version. Translations and summaries are provided for convenience only.
  • Force majeure. Tippium is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of data providers, payment processors, blockchains, hosting or telecommunications, cyber-attacks and acts of public authorities.
  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
  • No waiver. Failure or delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. Tippium may assign them, including in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the information shown at checkout are the entire agreement between you and Tippium about the Platform.
  • Notices. Tippium may send notices to the email address of your Account or show them on the Platform. Legal notices to Tippium must be sent to legal@tippium.com.
