How quickly does Tippium support reply?
We reply to most tickets within 24 business hours and prioritise issues involving payments and subscriptions.
How do I cancel a tipster subscription?
Open the subscriptions section in your user dashboard and cancel from there. You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I reset my account password?
Select "Forgot your password?" on the login page. We will email you a secure link to create a new password.
How do I report an issue with a tipster?
Open a ticket with the tipster's name, the affected pick and a clear description. We review every report and take action when Tippium's rules have been broken.
